"Always learn poems by heart. They have to become the marrow in your bones. Like fluoride in the water, they’ll make your soul impervious to the world’s soft decay."

They got blown out in Boston. Trailing 5-1 in the third period, Crosby finished another frustrating shift. But instead of just taking a seat on the bench, he stopped in front of it, dropped his stick over his right shoulder, and then brought it down with all his might, like a six-foot samurai sword against the top of the boards.

The stick shattered, its pieces flying in all directions. He slammed the bench door closed so loudly it cracked like a gunshot in the near sold-out arena. Then he sat down, tidied up the shards of his broken stick, and helped himself to a fresh one.

"When I first got this role I just cried like a baby because I was like, “Wow, next Halloween, I’m gonna open the door and there’s gonna be a little kid dressed as the Falcon.” That’s the thing that always gets me. I feel like everybody deserves that. I feel like there should be a Latino superhero. Scarlett does great representation for all the other girls, but there should be a Wonder Woman movie. I don’t care if they make 20 bucks, if there’s a movie you’re gonna lose money on, make it Wonder Woman. You know what I mean, ’cause little girls deserve that."

If this is how he speaks to a senior female politician of the opposition. Imagine what he thinks of you or your mum. If you’re a working man in the UK and you spoke to a female colleague like that, you’d be fucking lucky to get away with palming it off as – it’s just a joke..!
The snide comment was made 2 years ago when speaking to Angela Eagle about the government health reforms.

look at him and Osborne’s reaction.

if you imagine him saying it to a man you can feel the full extent of how offensive it is
